The installation of any module is very simple in QloApps.
After successful installation let us configure the module. Go To:
WhatsApp Support→Configuration
Click on the WhatsApp Support button to go to configure page.
Now let us try to understand each option in the module and what it does on the frontend.
In this section, we have the options to set up our module.
Effect on the front end
This section will let you decide where to show the WhatsApp Support Button on the website.
Pre-Filled Message: When the user clicks on the button he will be taken to WhatsApp web and this message will be prefilled there. You can also include variables in your text. So that if you enter {product_url} then the URL of the room type will be there in the message.

Under “Display Share Buttons” the admin can configure where to show the WhatsApp share buttons on the website. He can share with customers and admin.

QloApps WhatsApp Support and Share also allow you to add Support Agents to your website. So that your customer can decide which agent he wants to talk to.
To add a new agent click on the Add New Agent.
Once you click on add new agent then you have to fill in his details to add.

In QloApps WhatsApp Support and Share, the admin can add the support groups.
Click on Add a Support Group to add one
Then fill out the details and click on save.
Once the user clicks on the Group he will be able to join the group.
