Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for any remaining period of the subscription term. Customers can continue using their accounts until their accounts expire. QloApps does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
Subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the client cancels their subscription, whether it is a monthly or annual plan. Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time by accessing the Subscriptions page and logging into their channel manager account.
We offer refunds if we are unable to solve a problem in the platform as advertised in the user guide and platform demo. However, in order to receive a refund, it is mandatory for the customer to provide us with the necessary access and cooperation to resolve the issue.
Customers can explore the features of the Channel Manager by creating an account. Upon account creation, they will receive a trial period of 7 days to evaluate the platform and its functionalities. After the trial period ends, customers will be required to subscribe to a suitable plan to continue using the Channel Manager.

Subscriptions and accounts for the Channel Manager are non-transferable. Customers cannot transfer their subscription or account to another party or individual.

QloApps offers a 30 days refund policy. To ensure our customer protection, customers can request a refund within 30 days from the date of the purchase.

Refunds do not include any extended feature, conflict with other plugins and software.
