When customers book rooms for vacations they are also in a stressful situation as there is always a chance that may lead to cancellation. When it comes to ordering cancellation then Qloapps provides a simple way for to cancel their reservations.
Your customers just have to visit their order history page and click on the order cancellation button. This will inform you about the cancellation made by customers and initiate a refund request. The refund will be in the pending status.
As an admin, you can approve or disapprove the refund request accordingly. You can refund the amount as per the refund rules set by you.

To cancel the order the customer needs to log into your hotel website and go to his account.
In his account he must click ‘Oder History and Details’ to view the order history.
In the order history page the customer will click on ‘Details’ for the order to be canceled.
Then the customer will have to click on the ‘Request Total Order Cancellation’ button.
Customer can state the reason for order cancellation and click on the ‘Submit’ button to initiate the cancellation process.
Customer can also view the information such as refund request, refund stage and the refund status.
So this is how a customer can apply for order cancellation and request for refund on your hotel website.
