Order Cancellation feature of Qloapps

Customers may need to cancel bookings. QloApps offers a simple and hassle-free way to manage reservation cancellations.

Customers can cancel bookings from the Order History page. Admins can review and refund requests based on set refund rules.

The screenshots below show how customers cancel orders, starting from booking a room and completing payment in QloApps.

Your booking will be created successfully, as shown in the figure below.

To cancel the order, the customer needs to log into your hotel website and go to his account.

In his
account he must click on Bookings to view the order history.

In the order history page the customer will click on ‘
Details‘ for the order to be canceled.

Then the customer will have to click on the ‘
Request Cancellation’ button.

Then the customer will have to select the room they want to cancel and press ‘Next’.

Customer can state the reason for order cancellation and click on the ‘Submit‘ button to initiate the cancellation process.

After submitting the reason, you will see a “Request submitted successfully” pop-up.

The customer can check the Refund request status.

Customer can check the refund status, and if they want to check the refund details also, then they can check it by clicking ‘View Details’

After clicking ‘View Details’, they will be able to see complete refund-related information:



  • image 11•Current Refund State: Shows whether the refund is pending, approved, or disapproved.

    •Way of Payment: Displays the payment method used during the booking (for example, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

    •Total Order Amount: Indicates the total amount of the booking before cancellation.

    •Request Date: Shows the date on which the refund request was submitted.

    So this is how a customer can apply for order cancellation and request for refund on your hotel website.
