QloApps Hotel App Builder allows you to convert your QloApps front office into a complete mobile app. This app will allow your guest to experience all the functionalities similar to the QloApps front office on their Mobile phones.
Further, this addon will enhance the booking experience of your guest for Android users.
Admin can configure the module from the back office, To display the QR code for Google Play store on the hotel website.
In the backoffice, click on Module and Services > Manage Modules.
Search for QloApps Hotel App builder in the search bar and click on configure button.
Here, the admin can enter the following details:

To ease the navigation for your guests, The QloApps mobile app is divided into the following tabs:
The homepage of the QloApps Hotel App is similar to that of the QloApps front office. The guests can see your popular hotels, amenities, available rooms, hotel images, your hotel location and your guest testimonial.
Also, your guests can tap on the select the hotels from the search bar available on the top of the homepage.
Note: The home page will follow the same design as the website’s home page. This means, If you disable or make any changes to the QloApps Room Search Panels module, the same will be reflected in the app.
The search option will allow your guest to select the hotel from the drop down menu. Your guests can choose the date, number of rooms and occupancy for each room to search the available rooms for the booking.
From the homepage, your guests can see the popular hotels and go to the hotel page.
On the hotel page, all the information regarding the hotel such as check-in and check-out times, total number of rooms, location and hotel policies are listed.
The guests can directly select the rooms from this page and will go to the room type page.
On this page, all the available rooms of the selected hotel will be listed. The guests can choose their preferred room type and proceed with the booking.
After selecting the rooms, the guests will redirected to the room page. This page will display all the information regarding the room such as room info, room features, maximum capacity for the room, check-in and check-out time.
The guests can add the number of adults and children for the room. Also, the guests have the flexibility to enter and add more rooms.
After adding all the details for the rooms, the guests can also choose the services offered by the hotel.
On this page, the guest can see all the details of the rooms available in the cart. They can see the details such as check-in and check-out date, occupancy room price and extra service price. Customers can also use the promo code to avail the discount on the booking.
This page will display the customer details. The customer can verify their details and select their preferred payment mode and proceed with the payment. Guests will receive an email after the booking.
The second tab of the QloApps mobile app is the profile. Customers can create account new account or log in with their existing account from here.
Once login, the user can see the following details about their account:
My Address
From this tab, customers can view and edit their address details.
Bookings
Customers can see the booking history through this page. Users can see the details such as order ID and hotel name.
On clicking the invoice button. By clicking on the arrow, the users can see even more details of the booking. Details such as hotel contact details, hotel ID, room details, occupancy, guest details and total prices.
My Credit Slip
The user can view the list of their credit slips if received after the cancellation of any order. Also, the user can generate a voucher from the credit slip.
Booking Refund Request
The guests can cancel the booking from the bookings page. Customers can generate the refund request through the cancel booking option. Customers can track their refund requests from this page.
My Vouchers
The guests can see all the vouchers on this page.
Settings
From this option, the customers can access their app settings. The customers can change the app language and currency.
