Admin Login as Customer is a module for QloApps which allows the admin to log in into his customer’s account. With the help of this module, the admin can access the entire customer account.
The objective of the admin to log in into the customer account is to help him in any issue. He can create bookings for him, apply promos or generate invoices.

Installation of QloApps Admin Login as Customer module
The installation of any module is very simple in QloApps.
- Go to Module and Services tab
- Click on Add New Module
- Now upload the Zip file of Module and click on Install.
Now you have installed the module. So let us check the Module Configuration.
Module Configuration
As a result of Age verification module installation, a menu will be created in Hotel Reservation–> Settings.
Finally, after clicking on the Admin Login as Customer button we can configure the module.
On this page, we have the option to re-display the cart of the customer when you log into his account. Then we have the logs when you have logged in as customers.
Once you have configured the module then the Login as customer button will be shown at Customer Tab and customer details page.

Once the admin click on this button he will be taken to the front end logged in as a customer.
