The installation of any module is very simple in QloApps.

🔹Go to the Module and Services tab

🔹Click on Add New Module

🔹 Click on Choose a file and upload the zip file of the module.

After uploading the ZIP file, the module will start installing automatically.

🔹 Go to the Module and Services tab, and search for QloApps Yapstone; your module will be shown.

🔹 Then click on configure.

Here, in the Yapstone payment configuration block, the admin needs to enable the following options: 

🔹To activate the QloApps Yapstone Vacation Rent Payment Gateway, you must enable at least one payment option in the Payment Configuration settings.

🔹If you enable card payment, only the card payment option will appear on the checkout page.

🔹If you enable ACH Payment, then the ACH payment option will be displayed to customers.

And if you enable both options, guests will be able to choose between card payment and ACH payment while making their bookings.

Here, in the Yapstone configuration block, the admin needs to enter the following information:

The admin needs to first select the appropriate environment for the QloApps Yapstone Vacation Rent Payment Gateway configuration.

This dropdown allows you to choose between two modes:

🔹Test Mode:

This is a testing environment used to simulate transactions without using real money. It is ideal for development, debugging, and integration testing.

🔹Production (Live Mode):

This is the live environment used for processing real customer payments. Once your setup is tested and verified in test mode, switch to production for actual transactions.

To configure the Yapstone Payment Gateway in QloApps, you will need to enter your Property Code, API Username, and API Password.

Steps to Get Yapstone Credentials

Open the official Yapstone website

From the top menu, click on Solutions

Under the Solutions section, select Vacation Rent Payment (VRP).

After clicking, you will be redirected to the Vacation Rent Payment (VRP) page.

On that page, click on the Contact option.

You will get redirected to the Contact Form Page. 

Fill in all the mandatory fields in the contact form — Name, Contact Email, Company Name, Website URL, Phone Number, What’s your annual bookings revenue? And how did you hear about us?

After submitting the form, the Yapstone team will get in touch with you and provide you the Property Code, API Username, and API Password

These are the required fields for configuring the QloApps Yapstone Vacation Rent Payment Gateway:

🔹Property Code 

This is a unique identification code provided by Yapstone for your property or business.

🔹API Username

The API Username is a unique key or credential provided by Yapstone to authorize the connection between QloApps and Yapstone’s payment system.

🔹API Password 

The API Password works along with the API Username to ensure secure communication between QloApps and Yapstone’s servers.

At checkout, guests can pay through the QloApps Yapstone Payment Gateway, choosing either Credit Card or ACH Payment for a secure and easy booking.

NOTE: The QloApps Yapstone Vacation Rent Payment Gateway supports transactions only in USD, and the customer’s billing address must be within the United States to complete the payment successfully.

After clicking on the Yapstone Credit Card Payment option, the guest will be redirected to the card details page, where they can safely enter their payment information to complete the booking.

Please enter your card details, including the card number and CVV, to complete the payment securely.

The QloApps Yapstone Vacation Rent Payment Gateway is compatible with various major card options, allowing guests to pay using the card of their choice for a smooth and convenient experience.

Similarly, suppose the guest selects the Yapstone ACH Payment option.

They’ll be redirected to the ACH payment page to securely enter their bank details — account number, routing number, and account holder name — and complete the transaction.

After choosing your preferred payment option, enter your details and click on ‘Pay‘ to complete the payment.

After completing the payment, the guest will be automatically redirected to the booking confirmation page, where they can view their booking details and payment status.

This section gives an overview of all payment transactions made through the Yapstone Payment Gateway.

The system lists each transaction with the following key details (highlighted in red):

🔹 Order Reference

This is the unique booking or order number assigned by QloApps. It helps you identify which booking the payment belongs to.

🔹 Yapstone Transaction ID

Every transaction processed through Yapstone has its own unique ID. This helps in tracking or verifying payments directly in your Yapstone merchant account.

🔹 Total Amount

This shows the total payment amount received from the customer for that specific booking.

🔹 Customer

Displays the name of the guest or customer who made the booking and payment through Yapstone.

🔹 Payment Type

Indicates the method used for payment — either Credit Card or ACH Payment — based on what the customer selected during checkout.

🔹 Order Date

Shows the exact date when the customer made the booking and payment. This helps in maintaining proper transaction records and timelines.

🔹 View Button

The View button allows the admin to open and check complete details of the specific transaction, including payment confirmation, customer details, and order status.

After clicking on the View button on the Payment Transactions page, you will be redirected to the Transaction Details page, where you can see complete information about that specific Yapstone payment.

🔹 Payment Environment

Shows whether the customer made the transaction in Live Mode or Test Mode, helping you identify real payments versus test transactions.

🔹 Yapstone Transaction ID

Each payment processed through Yapstone gets a unique transaction ID. This helps in tracking and verifying payments in your Yapstone merchant account.

🔹 Transaction Amount

Displays the total amount paid by the customer for their booking through the Yapstone gateway.

🔹 Order Reference

Refers to the booking or order ID generated by QloApps. It links the payment to a specific reservation or order.

🔹 Customer Name

Shows the name of the guest who made the booking and completed the payment.

🔹 Customer Email

Displays the email address of the customer, which can be useful for sending payment confirmations or receipts.

🔹 Payment Status

Indicates whether the payment is successful, pending, or failed, allowing admins to track the current state of the transaction.

🔹 Payment Date

Shows the exact date and time when the customer made the payment, helping admins maintain accurate transaction records.
