How to install any module in the QloApps

QloApps is a free open-source hotel reservation system that offers various modules for customization. 

This post will explain the steps to install modules of QloApps, after purchasing from the Webkul store.

There are two ways in which you can install the module in QloApps

• Upload the zip into QloApps back office
• Moving the module folder into the QloApps directory.

When you purchase any module from the Webkul store, You will get a zip file of the module. 

Right-click on the Zip file and click on extract

After the extraction, the module folder will be created.

Open the folder. Here you will find another folder with the module name.

Right-click on this folder and select compress to make the zip file. 

After compressing, the zip file will be created. 

Upload this zip file into QloApps back office

In the back office of your QloApps, go to the Modules and Services tab and click on ‘Add a new Module’. 

Click on the ‘Choose a file’ and upload the zip file of the module.

After uploading the ZIP file the module will start installing automatically.

Once the module is installed, the user can see the prompt for successful installation and the module will be listed below. 

In this way, you can install any module in the QloApps. 

After purchasing any module from the Webkul store, You will get a zip file of the module.

Right-click on the Zip file and click on extract

After the extraction, the module folder will be created.

Open the folder. Here you will find another folder with the module name. Paste this folder into the QloApps directory. 

Locate the QloApps directory in your system. Open the hotel commerce folder. 

In this folder, you will find the Modules folder.

Here in this folder, you need to paste the folder of your module. 

Now, in your QloApps back office, go to Module and Services > Product Catalog 

Here you will find the module, whose folder you have pasted into the modules folder. 

Click the install button to install your module.

This is the second method by which you can install any module in the QloApps.
